Fallbrook

A little town provides enormous options for you and your family to celebrate

Welcome to Fallbrook

Fallbrook is a community in northern San Diego County. It is a tad off the usual path, and the downtown area is not accessible by major highways. However, just because Fallbrook is a little community under the shadow of more affluent districts does not mean it has nothing to offer. On the contrary, if you look closely, you may realize that this little town provides enormous options for you and your family to celebrate.

  • The population is mostly middle-class.
  • The vines are breathtaking.

Rural villages are typically calmer, with more closely linked neighbors. So you'll fit right in with the people and the community.

Things to Do

Yes, Fallbrook is the world's avocado capital, but avocados aren't the only thing blooming here. Vineyards producing some of Southern California's top wines may be located here.

Casa Tiene Vista Vineyard is a good place to start. You may stroll along rows of grapevines and soak in the ambiance of an Italian-style vineyard, replete with overlooks of beautiful landscape. It's worth bringing your camera to capture memories you'll cherish. Another venue that draws influence from old Italy is Estate d'Iacobelli Winery. It is a 20-acre undulating landscape estate with robust grapevines that yield superb vintages. However, there is more to the winery than meets the eye. It has 125 olive trees flourishing in its olive grove. So you may have some olive oil in your wine bottle.

Myrtle Creek Vineyards is fresh, and the grapes grow on ground that was formerly utilized to produce avocados. Weekend visits may include tastings of the 2015 Grenache and 2015 Zinfandel. The Sauvignon is a rare seasonal delight that will satisfy even the most fastidious palates.

From February through July, Kenny's Strawberry Farm allows you to acquaint your kids with natural fruits that they may select. You and your family may also go berry picking at Temecula Valley Strawberry Farms. Visit the Welburn Gourd Farm if you prefer something organic to beautify your home or use for planters.

The Grand Tradition Estate and Garden spans 30 acres and has decorative gardens and waterfalls. The grounds feature native wildlife and flora that you may see while on guided excursions.

Finch Frolic Garden Permaculture invites you to discover more about permaculture methods and see how the perfect mix of beehives, compost, and repurposed materials can produce magnificent flowers and herbal medicines.
